Processing & Shipping Times

Subscription Boxes

Our monthly subscription boxes ship during the last week of each month. Exact ship dates may vary slightly based on our warehouse schedule. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your box ships.

Product Drops

Processing times for product drops vary by item, but most orders ship within 5–7 business days. Any exceptions will be noted on the product page.


Shipping Methods

United States

All U.S. orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery times depend on your location and USPS.

Canada

We ship to Canada using a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) method. This means duties and import taxes are collected at checkout, so there are no surprise fees at delivery.


Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.


Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

We do not provide shipping insurance. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to your carrier directly. We’re always here to help guide you through the process if needed.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
